Rick Wolf – Managing Partner and Founder, established his firm 28 years ago and has been recognized over the years as one of the most innovative leaders in the career management industry. Maxine Mitch’s has over 25 years of senior human resources experience and worked in the retailing industry in California and then relocated to Missouri where she began her very successful career with a major utility company. This Fortune 500 company became the largest publicly traded water company in the United States, with additional locations in Canada. She advanced in her career and eventually was selected to lead the entire Human Resources function with over 122 Human Resources Professionals reporting to her in 34 States.
